During my time at CU Boulder, I began to expand my portfolio as I moved into the world of narrative and documentary cinema. I learned a great deal about video production and how to think critically about film as a whole. There is such depth to this art form as it is such a collaborative medium and is also poetically symbolic and intentional. The cinema program at CU emphasizes Avant Garde filmmaking as part of it's curriculum which has pushed me to experiment with film structure and varying themes.
